Summer - Sat to Sat stay from Memorial Day - Labor Day: $4,725 or $675/night

Early Fall September 3 - September 30: $450/weeknight and $475/weekend night

Peak Fall October 1 - October 31: $495/weeknight and $525/weekend night

Late Fall November 1 - November 19: $450/weeknight and $475/weekend night

Thanksgiving Rates (November 24-Dec 1) $675/night - 4 night minimum plus tax and cleaning
